Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for any alcohol delivery.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
If you receive a bottle that is corked or flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
Where does Mr.D Wine Store ship to?
We currently ship to most states within the U.S. where local laws permit direct-to-consumer wine shipments. Please check our shipping page for the full list of restricted states.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
We recommend storing your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 45°F and 65°F, with the bottles kept on their sides.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress from our cellar to your door.
